Since you have a QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2010, you'll have to upgrade it to QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2014. That being said, I'd suggest upgrading your QuickBooks version.
This also means you'll no longer receive any critical updates. When this happens, your access to QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Service, Live Support, Online Backup, Online Banking, and other services will be stopped. In QuickBooks, we have this policy wherein your program will be discontinued after three years.
